Who We Are



William Walker is the Founder and President of The Walker Consulting Group, LLC, a national sales training and development organization headquartered in Charlotte, NC.

William has over twenty years of sales and sales training experience. He has designed and delivered sales and sales management programs for hundreds of organizations throughout the United States, Europe, and Australia.  Additionally, William has captivated audiences as a keynote speaker for clients during national and international sales conventions and has been featured in a variety of industry journals.

Prior to his career in sales and sales training, William served in the US Army as an Airborne Ranger and Infantry officer with the 101st Airborne Division. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his master’s degree in business from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

William resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Amber and their daughter, Payton Lee.


Jason Gouge

Jason Gouge is Vice President of National Accounts for The Walker Consulting Group. He has 23 years experience as an enterprising leader within the dealer/distributor channel representing top manufacturers including Caterpillar, Hyster Lift Trucks, and John Deere agriculture equipment. With hands-on experience coaching sales personnel, sales managers, and aftermarket managers, Jason has a pragmatic approach to continuing education that deeply connects with those in which he interacts. His expertise and area of interest include strategic planning, team building and collaboration, process development, handling conflict and objections, contract negotiation, key account management, sales forecasting and goal setting. Jason is passionate about creating and helping others achieve sustainable and measurable results.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, College of Engineering at Texas A&M University.

Jason and his wife Denise are parents to Nastasha and Sophia Gouge, and have been married for over 25 years.

Scott Adkins

Scott Adkins is Vice President of Creative Marketing for The Walker Consulting Group, LLC. Scott has over twenty-five years of experience in marketing, sales and business development a wide variety of industries. As a former client of The Walker Consulting Group, Scott recognizes difference between a good sales training and the best.  His appreciation our work led Scott to join the team in 2019.  A dynamic and engaging speaker, Scott has been a keynote speaker at dozens of conferences across the country. Prior to his work with Walker Consulting, Scott served as a senior executive for J. Walter Thompson and with Nielsen Company. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his MBA from the UNC-Charlotte. Scott has been married for over 30 years.  He and his wife Susan reside in Louisville, KY.

John David Price

John David Price is the Director of Online Training and Reinforcement for The Walker Consulting Group.  John David is a world-class expert on media and technology.  He has extensive experience in television broadcasting both nationally and internationally and brings a broad knowledge of video production and web development to our team.  His skillset has been used to develop our online reinforcement programs for CSI and CRAFT, as well as other forms of web-based training.  John David is currently developing a comprehensive online training program that will be available worldwide.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Boyce College in Louisville, KY.  He and his wife, Charlotte, have been married for 13 years and have two daughters, Reagan and Stella. Contact John David via email at,by phone at (803) 448-9777or by visiting
